Terms and Conditions
1.2. When staying in one of our accomodations, you must understand, agree to and
accept all the following terms and conditions:
2. Changes and Cancellation Policy
2.1 Reservations canceled ninety days or more prior to arrival: Fully refund of Deposit.
2.2 Reservations canceled forty days prior to arrival: No refund of Deposit.
2.3 Reservations canceled thirty days or less prior to arrival: only Security Deposit and Cleaning fee will be refunded.
2.4 Changes made thirty days or more prior to arrival: $100.00 fee subject to availability.
3. Reservation And Payment
3.1. Payments must be made in US Dollars ($ USD).
3.2. Concerning reservations made through.
3.2.1. If you reserve 61 days or more prior to your arrival, you can make a 30% deposit.
to confirm your reservation. The balance (70%) must be paid 31 days prior to your arrival.
3.2.2. If you reserve 40 days or less prior to your arrival, you must pay the full payment to confirm your reservation.
3.3. Your reservation is confirmed when 3.1. and 3.2. are achieved.
3.4. We cannot guarantee you availability if you don't confirm the reservation within three business days or less. after we send you payment instructions.
3.5. For all stays less than 6 months, a 12% Florida Tax will be added to all charges (5% Tourism Dev Tax + 7% Pinellas County Sales Tax).
3.6. $50 of contribution ($100 for one bedroom unit) for the "One time clean up service" will be added.
3.7 $100 non refundable application fee are required in order to process the Lease papers and obtain the approval from the Condominium Association to get the access to the Resort.
3.8 A Security Deposit is required.
4. Your stay
4.1. Smoking is forbidden in ALL of our units. If this rule is not respected, you will be charged up to $200 fee.
4.2. Pets are not permitted in our units.
4.3. Check in time : AFTER 3:00PM, check out time: BEFORE 10:00AM
4.4. We cannot rent to people less than 21 year of age.
4.5. A/C filters are changed once a month in all our suites.
4.6. Innisbrook Resort's amenities (tennis courts, swimming pools) are not included in our rates. The access requires a membership at the Resort, only members and Hotel's guests are allowed to use them. Please, keep in mind that we provide the accommodation only.
4.7. Suites are cleaned each time a guest leaves it.
4.8. Our units do not have a phone line, there was a phone line previously so the jacks are still there, if you do need a phone line you can start the service calling Verizon (the local telephone company) and the contract has to be under your name.
